Sitges Xató Week
Xató is the star dish of the Sitges Carnival! Because as is well known, and as tradition dictates, for Carnival a good Xató cannot be missing from the table!
From February 22 to March 5, come and enjoy the star of the show at the Sitges Carnival table. As tradition dictates, the delicious xató salad is always accompanied by a variety of tortillas (egg sausage, bean tortilla, artichoke tortilla, etc.), to finish with a delicious pork rind cake.
