Sitges Xató Week
Xató is the star dish of the Sitges Carnival! Because as is well known, as tradition dictates, for Carnival at the table a good Xató cannot be missing!
From February 8 to 14, come and enjoy the protagonist at the Sitges Carnival table. As tradition dictates, the delicious xató salad is always accompanied with a variety of omelettes (egg sausage, beans, artichoke,...), to finish with a delicious pork rind cake.
