Vic Energy and Sustainable Construction Fair

Vic celebrates a new edition of the Sustainable Energy and Construction Fair, FECS!

The growing concern and interest in promoting the use of renewable energies, and their involvement in the construction and rehabilitation of buildings, has promoted this fair that aims to bring together participants, visitors and professionals from the energy production and sustainable construction sectors.

The main objective of the fair is to promote the use of renewable energies, as well as the use of sustainable construction and rehabilitation techniques, understanding that the way we build is linked to the energy requirements of the buildings and therefore to the design of the fairs. sustainable energy production facilities, in this way the construction and installations of buildings that are as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible are encouraged.

Within the fair you can find three sectored spaces:

• Manufacturers, installers, distributors, marketers, engineers, consultancies related to electrical self-consumption.
• Companies related to bioenergy: biomass, geothermal,...
• Professionals in the bioconstruction sector: passive houses, constructive wood, technical and architectural advice, new bioconstruction materials,...

Apart from the exhibition space, the Fair will have different parallel activities such as professional meetings, conferences, audiovisual projections, demonstrations, contests, among others. You will also be able to enjoy the first meeting of artisans, biobuilders and self-builders, with construction techniques and materials with low energy impact, such as construction with soil, lime, wood, Catalan vault, reeds, straw, stone, etc.
