Trufforum is an international event conceived by the European Group for Territorial Cooperation European Mycological Institute (AECT-EMI), which was created with the aim of promoting the responsible use of the European truffle in domestic and professional kitchens, as well as mycological tourism in the producing areas of Europe.
Having become an international reference meeting in the truffle sector, Trufforum is held annually with the aim of giving maximum dissemination to the values and culture of the truffle.
