Three Tombs of Sant Antoni in Valls
The Valls festival calendar begins each year with one of its most traditional and emblematic celebrations: the Tres Tombs de Sant Antoni Abat. This festival is dedicated to Sant Antoni Abat, following the tradition of when it was held in his honour in the past.
The Tres Tombs de Valls are recognised as one of the most outstanding in Catalonia, both for its high participation and for the magnificent collection of work carts that parade. In addition, the route, which includes the old quarter of the city, is one of the most complex and spectacular, testing the skill and dexterity of the carters who participate.
