Three Tombs in Vilafranca del Penedès
Come to the traditional Sant Antoni parade and the Tres Tombs fair in Vilafranca del Penedès!
The Three Tombs is a popular festival celebrated in honor of Sant Antoni Abad, patron saint of round-footed animals, such as horses. The name of the festival refers to the three routes that participants traditionally take with their horses, carts and other animals through the center of the town.
During the festival, animals are blessed and different religious and cultural events are celebrated. It is also an opportunity to show the affection we have for animals and the role they play in rural life.
