The Senglanada in Cruïlles
Cruïlles celebrates the Senglanada again!
"Cooks ready, wild boar in the pot and eager to meet again." With this pretext, the Los Jabalíes de Cruïlles Association is once again organizing the emblematic Senglanada.
It will begin at 11 a.m. with a discussion entitled Wild boar in the Gavarres massif: Conflict or opportunity?, with the participation of experts in the environment, hunting and gastronomy. The discussion can be followed on the "La Fonda" programme on Catalunya Ràdio. At the same time, there will be a tasting of natural wines from the Gavarres.
At 12 noon, the musical vermouth will be provided by the group The Best Of.
At 2 pm, the popular meal will begin, with a menu based on dishes made with wild boar.
The adult menu includes a tasting of wild boar rice, a plate of wild boar or sausage, dessert, bread and water. The children's menu offers sausages with white rice, dessert, bread and water.
*Tickets must be purchased in advance at Bar Ester in Cruïlles or at Siglantana in La Bisbal. Don't forget to bring your own plates and cutlery!
