The entity, made up of a dozen restaurants, pastry shops, ovens and wineries in Tarragona, has the objective of exploring and investigating the origins of ancient Mediterranean cuisine, from the Romans to the present day. understand "where we come from and where we are going".

During the days of Tàrraco Viva, the Roman festival in Tarragona, the kitchens of many of the city's restaurants are transformed to revive the flavors and aromas typical of Roman culture.

The restorers and collaborators of 'Tàrraco a Taula' carefully choose the chosen raw materials. Proximity is the key to everything, km 0 cuisine with seasonal products.
