Sustainable mobility day in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia

From 16 to 22 September 2024, the European Mobility Week will take place in Catalonia, an initiative that promotes more sustainable, safe and healthy mobility habits, such as travelling on foot, by bicycle, by public transport or by electric vehicles. In addition, it aims to show how to transform public spaces, improve air quality and reduce pollution.

The 2024 Week, with the motto "We share public space", focuses on intermodality, inviting us to move sustainably to benefit both our health and that of the environment.

On Saturday the 28th, in Sant Sadurní, a morning session dedicated to sustainable mobility was organized:

• 10am: Popular bike ride starting at Lluís Companys Park and arriving at Can Mas de la Riera.

• 11am: Start of family workshops:

  • Road safety education with the local police
  • Creating bicycle plates
  • Let's make popcorn by pedaling

• 12.30pm: Musical vermouth.
