Saldes Summer Festival

The Saldes Summer Festival is back for another year!

The streets, squares and facilities of the town become meeting points where you can participate in a wide variety of activities and enjoy the summer atmosphere.

The program encourages you to get moving from the very beginning. You'll find sports tournaments, hikes, treasure hunts, and other participatory activities designed for different ages and interests. There will also be talks, workshops, and activities that allow you to learn more about the landscape, history, and trades associated with the region.

Children will have their own dedicated space, with cinema, games, workshops, refreshing activities, and fun-filled shows. Street performers, giants, dwarfs, big-headed figures, and stick dancers will bring color and movement to the streets, keeping alive some of the most beloved expressions of popular culture.

When night falls, music takes center stage. Concerts, dances, DJ sets, and performances of various styles will liven up the evenings and invite you to sing, dance, and keep the party going. There will also be habaneras, traditional dishes, and food gatherings—perfect moments to sit, chat, and share a meal.

The celebration also reserves a space for the most solemn and traditional acts, which connect the current festival with the history and identity of Saldes.
