Os de Balaguer relives the Diada de Sant Jordi!
Throughout the morning and afternoon there will be a sale of books and roses, there is also a painting contest and a show for the little ones at home.
One of the most deeply rooted traditions of Sant Jordi is the exchange of books and roses. Men usually give women a rose while women give men a book. The book and flower stalls are packed with people, and the streets are filled with magic.
A day in which we all come together to share books, roses and love.
