Artisan cheeses from Catalonia are on display in Sort.

Sort celebrates a new edition of the Catalan Artisan Cheese Fair!

The Riuet Park is transformed into a space dedicated to authentic flavors, where producers and visitors share a passion for artisan cheeses and local products.

The heart of the event is the Catalan artisan cheese market, where you can discover and sample a wide variety of products carefully crafted by cheesemakers from across the country. It's a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the production processes, speak with the producers, and purchase high-quality products.

In addition, the event features a tasting area where attendees can enjoy pairings of cheeses, wines, and locally sourced beers, creating a complete gastronomic experience. Guided tastings and culinary demonstrations featuring products from the Pallars region are also offered, showcasing the area's rich culinary heritage.

The event goes beyond gastronomy and also offers entertainment activities and concerts, designed for all audiences and to create a festive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.

The Fair is organized by the Catalan Association of Ramaders Elaboradors de Formatgers Artesans (ACREFA), the Tros de Sort cheese factory and the Sort City Council.
