Creixell, Land of Pirates
The Creixell Fair, Land of Pirates, arrives and will be held in the streets of the historic center of Creixell and will bring together, among others, numerous craft and food stalls.
During these days of the fair, people will find a very attractive pirate-themed leisure and trade proposal aimed especially at the family audience.
Craft stalls, attractions and activities for children, animation and musical theater, pirate melodies, workshops, parade, night fire show, softcombat demonstration and many initiatives for the whole family.
When calling the fair that way, a legend from the Villa de Creixell has been taken into account. In times when the Catalan coast was full of pirates from Algeria and other places, these raided and looted the towns on the coast whenever they could, taking many captives.
