Regional Competition of Catalan Pyrenean Horse in Llanars
The Regional Competition of the Catalan Pyrenean Horse, held in Llanars, is a morphological competition where the farms that are members of the Ripollès Mountain Mare Breeders Association present their best specimens, distributed into categories.
Throughout the day the jury, made up of three judges appointed by the Association itself, will select the winners of each category:
- Sobrany, breeding colt born in 2023.
- Sobraña, a breeding filly born in 2023.
- Terçó, breeding colt born in 2022.
- Terçona, a breeding filly born in 2022 that has not yet foaled.
- Quarter, males born during the year 2021.
- Pair, mare with unweaned foal or colt, born in the year 2024.
- Stallion, breeding horse over 4 years old.
