Popular walk and run in Lliçà d'Amunt
The Department of Sports has organized a new edition of the popular walk-run called "Paths and trails of Lliçà d'Amunt. Walk and run", which will take place next Saturday, May 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The objective of this walk-run is to promote physical activity as a tool for health and well-being, and extend the beneficial effects of this practice against a sedentary lifestyle, in addition to getting to know our natural environment. The activity is suitable for all audiences: runners, older people and families.
As always, it will have two routes: a short one, of 8.5 km and 200 m of slope, adapted for family audiences and older people, and a long one, of about 13 km and 350 m of positive slope, more suitable for athletes. Both versions of the route can be done either walking or running.
The price of the activity is 5 euros for those over 16 years of age, which includes the walk-run, insurance, a gift and a final sausage. For those under 16 years of age, the activity is free, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
