Night of legends in Balaguer
Balaguer celebrates the Night of Legends once again!
The Night will begin at 8:30 p.m. in Balaguer with a sunset walk along the Vorariu path, reaching Les Franqueses. During the journey, the techniques of the Noguera Museum will explain the traditions of the night of Sant Joan linked to water, fire and nature.
Once at the monastery, the Night of Legends will be celebrated, where the winning works from the previous year's Ziryab Awards will be performed, focusing on the theme of Giants. The storyteller Mònica Torra will tell the stories "The Legend of Numa" by Gloria Biosca Díaz and "Isma, the Giant" by Marc Cortés Pastor. In the musical section, the students of the Balaguer Municipal Music School will perform, with a string quartet, the Suite of the Giants by Miguel Ángel Cordero Charles.
