Music Festival at the Grotto in Arenys de Mar

As every summer, enjoy classical music in a natural setting as magical as the Lurdes Park in Arenys de Mar.

The history of the Festival begins in 2008, when, after several years of sporadic concerts in collaboration with the Caixa Foundation of Barcelona, the Department of Culture decided to start presenting musical proposals in a stable way in the Grotto of Lourdes.

The concerts in the early years all have a component that links the concerts with the population, either because the group is local or because a musician from Arenys or related to the Municipal School of Music participates.

Summer nights are an ideal time to enjoy live music, and this series offers a program designed to listen calmly, discover new sounds, and experience culture in unique spaces throughout the municipality.

Over several Saturdays, the program will bring together groups and performers of diverse formats, with concerts that invite you to approach music from a close perspective.
