Miner's Festival in Ogassa
The Miner's Festival in Ogassa is back for another year!
The party will include an Open Day at the Ogassa Coal Mines Museum (MuMco ). The main use of coal from the Ogassa mining basin was for the Catalan manufacturing industry, which was booming at the beginning of the s. XX with the industrial revolution as a framework for the growth of the country.
And also the typical lunch of the "Cassolet del Miner", the ingredients of the casserole are: beans, foot, ear, rib and pig's snout, back bones, black sausage, garlic, onion, tomato, salt and oil.
Tickets will be sold at 8 euros that will include: the tartlet, bread and wine.
