Meeting of Armed Forces of Camp de Tarragona and Terres de l'Ebre

The Pla de Santa Maria will be the protagonist of the new Meeting of Armed Forces of the Camp de Tarragona and Terres de l'Ebre. Just 20 years ago, in 2004, the Pla already hosted this event, and this year they proudly host it for the second time.

16 groups participate: armed from Pla de Santa Maria, brotherhood of Armados de Flix, armed from Riudecols, armed from the 7 Dolores, armed from Riudoms, armed from El Vendrell, armed from the Royal Congregation of the Most Pure Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ of Reus, armed Whites of the Brotherhood of Saints Justo and Pastor of Reus, armed praetorians of Arboç, brotherhood of the Holy Christ of the Most Pure Blood of Constantine, armed of the Royal Congregation of the Most Pure Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ of the Selva del Camp, armed from Villalonga del Camp, armed from Espluga de Francolí, brotherhood of Blood and Pity of Alcover, armed from Montblanc and armed from Valls.

These are called at 8 a.m. for lunch at 9 a.m. and the tour of the town begins at 10:30 a.m. The route passes through the streets: extension of Calle del Trabajo, Paseo del Llano, Calle Tarragona, Calle de la Reria, Plaza Jacint Verdaguer, Calle Anselm Clavé, Calle del Sindicat, Camino del Bosc, Calle Baldrich, Calle Mayor, stop at the church square, Calle Mayor, Plaza Pau Casals, Raval de Sant Ramon, Calle Mossèn Cabanyol, Calle del Vall, Calle de las Escuelas, Arrabal de Sant Ramon and Plaza Sant Ramon.

During this tour, the official photograph will be taken in the church square, refreshments will be offered in the municipal pavilion, and the reminder and ribbon of the meeting will be handed out in Sant Ramon Square.

The mayor, Josep Silvestre, encourages people to come to the event with these words, "we invite you to fully enjoy this event, to participate with enthusiasm and to feel part of this experience that lasts thanks to the passion of the Armats del Pla".
