In April the Baix Sió de Montgai Popular March arrives!

We invite you to the Baix Sió Popular March, a healthy invitation to discover a territory that is too close, with so many secrets that it asks to be explored at your own pace and with those you love most, walking or running, but always very attentive to everything you will see and above all feel.

The hike offers two routes adapted to different levels: the Xoriguer Route, 11 km long, ideal for families and walkers looking for an easy hike, and the Sisó Route, 20 km long, designed for more experienced participants or those wanting to complete a more challenging itinerary. Both options allow you to enjoy the natural surroundings, rural paths, and cultural heritage of the area.

The route crosses several municipalities in the region, including Montgai, Butsènit, Bellcaire, Bellmunt, La Sentiu de Sió, and Flix, offering a unique opportunity to discover the rich landscape and culture of this area. The hike thus becomes much more than a sporting activity: it's an experience of discovery and connection with the land.
