Viladrau's Main Festival

The Viladrau Festival is back for another year!

The festivities will kick off with the opening proclamation, the firing of a rocket, and a dinner, followed by music, dancing, and traditional games. During the first weekend, there will also be a foam party, bouncy castles, clay pigeon shooting, sardana dancing, and a Summer Carnival featuring costumes and music well into the night.

Gastronomy will also play a prominent role, with culinary competitions, a popular paella event, and a tapas crawl that will visit different establishments throughout the town. Evenings will feature concerts, DJ sets, and dancing, making the pavilion and the main square some of the town's main meeting points.

Traditional culture will be on full display with giants, gralla players, sardanas, contradanza, and the Ball del Ciri, along with the Fiesta Mayor festivities and other events that keep Viladrau's most deeply rooted customs alive. There will also be sporting activities, theater performances, and open houses at municipal facilities.

Another of the most anticipated moments will be the correfoc through the streets of the town center, followed by a fireworks display and a night of dancing and confetti.

A few days to say goodbye to summer in Viladrau surrounded by tradition, music, family activities and a great Fiesta Mayor atmosphere.
