Who is not familiar with Les Pastoretes by Josep Maria Folch i Torres? More or less everyone has seen it performed on stage or even participated in it. However, few people know the origin of this work, which was commissioned by the Capuchin Father Rupert Maria de Manresa.
The figure of Folch i Torres, who stood out as a novelist and as an exceptional promoter and creator of quality children's and young adult literature in Catalan.
