July of Music and Poetry in Balaguer

In July, a new edition of the July of Music and Poetry cycle in Balaguer returns, in the churches of the Sant Domènec convent and the Santa Maria de les Franqueses monastery, spaces that enjoy excellent acoustics.

What began as an initiative driven by four friends passionate about music and literature, under the association BADAPAS-Cultural Initiatives, has become over the years a solid, beloved and deeply rooted project in the territory.

Throughout its history, the series has overcome difficulties and moments of uncertainty, but it has also grown thanks to the support of Balaguer's social and economic fabric, its institutions, and above all, the loyal audience that fills the concerts year after year. The essence of the July of Music and Poetry remains unchanged: to offer intimate and moving experiences that combine the power of music with the depth of words.

Thus, Balaguer hosts once again this concert series which aims to highlight the city's architectural and historical heritage and which this year presents four concerts with attractive proposals accessible to all audiences.
