International Teatre Màgic Festival in Tarragona

Once again, the Teatre Màgic International Festival will fill Tarragona with magical shows that will delight viewers.

From April 7 to 27, in order to offer a selection of the most innovative illusion shows of today. The artistic direction of the festival is carried out by Mago Gerard from Tarragona, with a long and distinguished career in the world of illusionism.

The International Teatre Màgic Festival, which has the support of the Tarragona City Council, has become a benchmark, after having different world magic awards that have performed in the city in recent years. This year artists from France, Argentina, Madrid and Catalonia will visit the city.

The show "Màgia per deixar-te bocabadat", with Jean Philippe Atchoum, Christian Miró, Magow, Mireia and Mag Gerard, will be the opening event of the festival on April 7, at 6 p.m., at the Teatro Tarragona. This proposal for the whole family offers a fantastic trip where magic will merge with puppets, Chinese shadows and theater.

As a novelty for this edition, the festival will schedule two solidarity magic shows in the Antigua Audiencia in favor of the Aspercamp and Club Barco entities so that the illusion can reach everyone on April 13 in the afternoon.

In the coming weeks the magic will come to the Sala Trono with Gonzalo Albiñana, Ariel Hamui and Sergi Arnentano; at the Tarragona Public Library with a magic show with books; at Espacio Kesse with a magic tricks masterclass and Eduard Juanola's magical cabaret.

Once again, the city of Tarragona will experience a month dedicated to magic with a varied and quality program for all audiences.
