Gastronomic days of the Romesco Food & Drinks in Cambrils

Cambrils celebrates the Romesco Food & Drinks gastronomic days!

In order to claim one of the most characteristic products of its seafood cuisine tradition. The Conference aims to highlight the long tradition of seafood cuisine, the heritage of ancient fishermen and their ranches, with restaurants with more than 50 years of history and three generations, which have turned Cambrils into a leading gastronomic reference.

The Romesco Food & Drinks exhibition will have stands from Cambrils restaurants that will offer creative tastings of the traditional romesco dish, various dishes and tapas with romesco sauce, and stands from different companies of Cambrils and Catalan craft beers, "corpinnats", and cavas from the territory.

During the three days of the fair, visitors will also be able to enjoy traditional cooking demonstrations and tastings of craft beers and cavas, a fun program of live music, habaneras and burnt rum from Cambrils fishermen, an exhibition of artisans, a VIP space for seniors, and children's and family activities, among others.
