Romesco Food & Drinks in Cambrils

Cambrils celebrates Romesco Food & Drinks once again!

In order to promote one of the most characteristic products of its seafood cuisine tradition, the event aims to highlight the long tradition of seafood cuisine, inherited from ancient fishermen and their ranches, with restaurants with more than 50 years of history and three generations, which have made Cambrils a leading culinary destination.

The Romesco Food & Drinks exhibition will feature stands from Cambrils restaurants offering creative tastings of the traditional romesco dish, as well as various small plates and tapas with romesco sauce.

During the three days of the fair, visitors can enjoy traditional cooking demonstrations, a fun program of live music, and many other free events.
