The Gastronomic Days of L'Ametlla de Mar are the showcase of the products of its market and a sample of the best recipes of its restaurateurs.
Its protagonists are the different varieties of blue fish from its coast and its chefs who, with both classical and modern techniques, will delight you with the different menus that they will offer during the gastronomic days.
Marinated anchovies with melon soup, golden noodles with cuttlefish and mackerel sirloin and sweet canana rice will be some of the succulent culinary proposals on the menus that can be tasted in the restaurants. All of them, marinated with wines from Do Terra Alta.
