Galera Gastronomic Days in Terres de l'Ebre

This crustacean, abundant in areas near deltas where the waters are rich in nutrients, is an excellent source of high-quality proteins, vitamins and minerals.
Unlike other crustaceans, galley is low in calories and easy to digest. Its meat is fine and tasty, which makes it easy to prepare.
