Major Festival in Sant Aniol de Finestres

The Sant Aniol de Finestres Festival is back with music and the most traditional events!

The celebration is one of the most beloved events in the municipality and keeps alive the spirit of popular village festivals, where participation and closeness are the main protagonists.

The day will begin with the Solemn Office, a traditional ceremony that preserves the deepest essence of the festival and represents one of the most significant moments of the day. Following this, the town square will become a meeting point with a sardana dance performed by La Principal d'Olot, a performance that will fill the space with Catalan music and folk culture.

The sardanas, a symbol of tradition and brotherhood, will be a perfect opportunity for adults and children to share a festive time in the center of the municipality, keeping alive this element so representative of Catalan cultural heritage.

In the afternoon, the celebration will continue with the traditional Fiesta Ball, one of the most anticipated events. Music and a lively atmosphere will be the highlights of an afternoon designed for enjoyment, dancing, and sharing a festive day with the entire town. During the ball, there will also be a raffle, and coca (a type of flatbread) and cava (sparkling wine) will be served to everyone.
