Firacóc in Tàrrega
Tàrrega celebrates Firacóc one more year!
The Fair is a gastronomic platform within the framework of the May Festival, dedicated to promoting the artisan bakery specialties of the region. It is fundamentally an extensive showcase of "coca de recapte", although it also presents a wide selection of other bakery products, both sweet and savory, including biscuits, cakes, panadas, buñuelos and panadones.
There will be no shortage of traditional varieties of cóc urgellenc, made with ingredients such as escalivada, salchichón or herring, as well as innovative proposals that incorporate new ingredients.
In addition to purchasing products, the public will also be able to carry out workshops and tastings.
