Sant Roc Festival in Almenar

The Sant Roc Festival returns to Almenar for another year!

The event will begin at 7 pm and will recapture the atmosphere of street parties, with simple and participatory proposals to enjoy the summer.

One of the main attractions of the day will be the greasy pole climbing contests, popular games that will test the skill, balance, and enthusiasm of the participants. It's a particularly fun activity for children, but also for anyone who wants to join in the festive spirit and rediscover some of the most traditional pastimes.

Throughout the afternoon there will also be entertainment and live music, adding to the festivities and creating a lively atmosphere in the square. The day will culminate in one of the festival's most unusual challenges: the chance to climb up and try to grab the ham, a challenge that promises fun for both participants and spectators.
