The Rice and Artichoke Festival in Amposta is back for another year!
The Artichoke, tasty vegetables with many possibilities in the kitchen. Rice, qualified with the Protected Designation of Origin, is one of the most special products of the territory.
The gastronomy of Amposta is characterized by traditional cuisine rooted in its history and the passage of time. It enjoys a perfect harmony between the flavors and aromas of the territory.
The restaurants participating in the Festival will serve dishes made with both artichoke and rice. At the same time, there will also be children's activities, live music, cooking demonstrations and a market for local products and crafts.
