Lliçà d'Amunt Festival
The Lliçà de Arriba Major Festival is back!
The activities will begin on Monday with the first test of La Juguesca, but the official start of the Festival will be on Wednesday with the Toque de Inicio, which includes the Proclamation by a local entity, the Food Truck Street gastronomic space, and a humor show.
On Thursday, Embarraca't will open, where you can dine in the booths of local entities while enjoying a varied musical offering. The programming will be divided into Nit Jove (on Thursday, with youth music), Nit Retro (on Friday, with hits from the 80s and 90s), and Nit Actual (on Saturday, with contemporary music); That same day the Correbars and the traditional Grandmothers' Dinner will also be celebrated.
On Friday, a local holiday, it will be the turn of the La Juguesca Parade. Saturday will be dedicated to music with sardanas, a concert and dance, in addition to performances by Gigantes and Correfoc.
We will end the Festival on Sunday with the Festival of Tribute to Old Age and the verdict of La Juguesca, followed by the Castle of Fires. In addition, there will be no shortage of children's shows, which will be concentrated in the library.
