Palau de Rialb's main festival in La Baronia de Rialb

The Fiesta Mayor arrives in Palau de Rialb once again this year, coinciding with the feast of the Virgin!

A day designed for reconnecting, keeping traditions alive, and enjoying a holiday in a peaceful, rural setting. The celebration will begin at noon with Mass and a procession at the Church of Santa María de Palau, one of the day's most traditional events. It will be an opportunity to preserve the customs associated with the town's main festival and bring together residents, families, and visitors in one of the village's most emblematic spaces.

In the afternoon, the festivities will continue with music and dancing. Starting at 7 pm, the afternoon dance will begin, an opportunity to hit the dance floor, listen to familiar songs, and enjoy a relaxed time together. The music will liven up the last hours of the day and give the gathering a festive atmosphere.

At halftime, attendees will be served coca (a type of flatbread) and cava, a light snack to allow for a break before continuing to dance. During the evening, there will also be a raffle with various prizes, adding a touch of excitement and surprise to the afternoon.

The venue will have a bar service, so you can stay, have a drink and enjoy the party at your leisure.
