'Fira't de l'Espelta' in Mollet del Vallès
Autumn is fair time in the rural area of Gallecs. Under the claim of "Fira't de l'Espelta", the Rural Space Consortium and the Agroecological Association of Gallecs organize the Spelled Fair.
Come and discover a world of history and flavor! Homemade cookies, puppet theater, the art of sowing wheat with ancient and modern methods, and a beer tasting made with Gallecs wheat. In addition, you can buy fresh and delicious products from local producers, such as muffins, bread, panettones, beer and cookies.
You also can't miss the famous spelled skillet accompanied by a refreshing glass of craft beer. A perfect day to enjoy an authentic experience and help keep this wonderful fair alive.
