Do you know that this year the Sant Bartomeu de Artesa de Segre Fair and the weekly Sunday market reach almost VI centuries of tradition?

King Alfonso IV the Magnanimous granted these two privileges to the town of Artesa de Segre to reactivate the economy as a result of an economic crisis in the social, agrarian and demographic spheres.

The Fair will focus on traditional dinners tasting local products on Saturday and Sunday nights, accompanied by live music, and the traditional Sunday morning market will be maintained. The open-air CATA DINNER is a space designed for all audiences and where you can try tapas made with local products from our local and nearby producers.

At the fair you can find local producers who will exhibit everything from wines, cheeses, rabbit, chicken, sausages, beef, melons, extra virgin oil, bread, sanfaina cakes to different restaurateurs who will provide dishes made with local products. Apart from the producers, the fair will feature displays of artisans in the streets around the Town Hall Square.
