Sausage fair in La Garriga
A new edition of the Butifarra Fair is back in La Garriga!
The Garriga sausage fair wants to promote this star product of La Garriga and become an agri-food and local product fair.
The Butifarra Fair will be located in different spaces in the center of town and will have numerous activities.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy ButiTast, the fair's gastronomic space, which will be managed by the entity Projecte Mexla't. In this gastronomic exhibition, you can taste a great variety of tapas and dishes with sausage cooked by establishments in the Garriga.
The Butifarra Fair wants to be a framework for promoting local bacon and all the quality agri-food products of Vallès Oriental.
