Vallfogona de Balaguer celebrates the Lo Caragol Food Fair once again!

The Lo Caragol Food Fair in Vallfogona de Balaguer brings together a luxury jury to choose the best snail dish prepared by amateur chefs. The competition seeks to choose the best dish with snails as the main ingredient.

The Lo Caragol Food Fair will be held in the Schools passage and the rear esplanade at the Meritxell Serret Vallfogona Sports Center in Balaguer. The highlights of the event will be a snail tasting market, which will have the participation of half a dozen restaurants, and a market for related products and other food products from km 0. Now, the fair's programming also includes musical performances and children's activities.

The Lo Caragol Food Fair is organized by the Vallfogona de Balaguer City Council with the support of the Lleida Provincial Council and has the complicity of during the Aplec del Caracol of Lleida, the Federation of Colles del Aplec (Fecoll) and the Hospitality Federation from Lleida.
