Delta Birding Festival Amposta
Every year the Ebro Delta, one of the most important natural spaces in the Western Mediterranean, hosts the Delta Birding Festival that offers a very extensive and attractive program of activities with conferences, courses, workshops, competitions, etc. accompanied by a large fair of products and services for ornithologists and for people who enjoy nature in general.
The Delta Birding Festival is the only ornithological festival held in Catalonia. It is celebrated at the end of September, coinciding with the migration season of many bird species.
It is currently the most prestigious ornithological event in the entire Mediterranean.
