Amposta Biographies Cycle in Amposta

A new edition of the "Amposta Biographies" lecture series is being held at the Terres de l'Ebre Museum. These events aim to recover and disseminate the history of people deeply rooted in the city of Amposta.

The "Amposta Biographies" series is organized by the Amposta City Council, the Museum of the Ebro Lands, and the URV's Extended Campus, with the collaboration of the Tarragona Provincial Council. These institutions work together to offer a space for reflection and learning about prominent figures from the city.

Throughout the series, the experiences and work of individuals connected to Amposta are recovered and shared. The lectures, presented by local researchers, collaborators, and family members, will allow participants to discover the personal and collective histories of figures significant to the city. These narratives will help reconstruct the contemporary history of Amposta, providing a new perspective on its cultural heritage.
