On Friday, March 8, it will begin with the reading of the institutional manifesto by the City Council, followed by a practical Chi Kung session led by Lali Barrière, teacher of this discipline.
On Saturday the 9th, a cultural outing to Besalú and Sant Joan les Fonts is proposed, with food and a guided tour included, to explore the rich medieval heritage of the area.
On Sunday the 10th, the gathering with Connxa Solans, historian and writer, concludes the events, offering a space for reflection and dialogue. The events are open to everyone and promote an environment of fellowship and collective learning.
