Crossing of the Three Hermitages of Olesa de Montserrat

Don't miss one of the most anticipated outings organized by the Olesa City Council!

A new edition of this outing invites you to discover the heritage and rural landscape of Olesa de Montserrat. The route combines physical activity and cultural exploration in a hike to visit the hermitages of Sant Jaume, Sant Pere Sacama, and Sant Salvador de les Espases.

This year the route will not pass by the Sant Salvador de les Espases hermitage, which is closed due to renovations. As an alternative, the itinerary will continue over the Coll de les Espases pass and descend to the Puda de Montserrat from Pla del Fideuer, returning via Creu de Beca.

During the tour, you will have the opportunity to contemplate the landscape elements that make the natural environment a unique space.

It will be a long hike, so we recommend you wear appropriate clothing and footwear. You should also bring water and breakfast. The hike is almost 18 kilometers long and is considered challenging.
