This Christmas, come and enjoy a unique gastronomic experience at Cava Centro in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia! On Sunday, December 15, 2024, at 12:30 p.m., the renowned local chef Jacint Carafi, better known as Cintet, will lead a showcooking with pairing that will combine cuisine, territory and tradition.

During the session, Cintet will teach us how to prepare starters and cold dishes ideal for Christmas celebrations, using the best local products. In addition, the Caram Caram team will tell us the history and uniqueness of the products and local businesses that make them, highlighting our territory.

Participants will be able to try three recipes from Cintet maridades with an exclusive selection of cavas chosen by Clara Soler and Gemma Muray. They will also receive an exclusive recipe book with all the suggestions, as well as detailed information on where to find the products in local shops.
