Chestnut Festival and Halloween in Santa Cristina d'Aro

Come and experience the Castañada and Halloween in Santa Cristina d'Aro!

On October 29 and 30, a panellets workshop will be held, ideal for those who want to learn how to make these traditional Castañada delicacies, with prior registration and limited places.

On Thursday, October 31, the magic of the Castañada will arrive with stories by the fire, led by Jep Gasulla, in the library courtyard, where attendees can enjoy roasted chestnuts and hot drinks in a family atmosphere.

The main event will take place on Saturday 2 November with a day dedicated to Halloween. There will be an exciting Tunnel of Terror for the most daring, as well as a terrifying tour through the streets of the town. For the little ones, there will be a shout or confectionery in the shops of the town, where they can ask for sweets and take part in fun activities. The party will culminate with a great popular chestnut festival in the Plaza Mn. Baldiri Reixac, where you can enjoy chestnuts while supplies last.
