Carnival in Artesa de Segre
The craziest party of the year comes to Artesa de Segr e!
The traditional Carnival parade will be held, the Carnival Saturday dinner and the costume parade for the little ones!
The traditional pig slaughter will also be celebrated. Boilers, sausages, and a pile of firewood are the sign that Artesa de Segre already has everything ready to celebrate the traditional pig slaughter. The festival marks the beginning of Lent on the calendar and is the last day on which meat can be eaten.
