Carnival in Sentmenat
Sentmenat is gearing up for one of its favorite festivals of the year!
The Sentmenat Carnival arrives with two days full of color, music, and a festive spirit, transforming the town into a vibrant stage of costumes, laughter, and participation. It's a celebration designed for all ages, where children, teenagers, and adults alike can find their place to enjoy Carnival in the streets.
The festivities begin with the Carnival parade, filling the streets with joy and imagination, followed by a family show designed for sharing moments of fun and camaraderie. The day continues with activities aimed at young people, encouraging them to dress up and experience Carnival with energy and a great atmosphere.
Saturday is the highlight of the Carnival parade, accompanied by the TokuKitoqui batucada band, which adds rhythm and energy to a route filled with troupes, music, and choreography. One of the most anticipated moments is the costume contest, where creativity and originality take center stage, followed by an awards ceremony and continued festivities.
The Sentmenat Carnival stands out for its high participation and its welcoming, inclusive atmosphere, where everyone is invited to join in, whether by parading, dancing, or cheering from the sidewalk. It's a festival that strengthens the sense of community and invites everyone to experience the town in a different, fun, and vibrant way.
The Sentmenat Carnival is an essential event on the festive calendar, a celebration to let your imagination run wild, share spaces and enjoy together the craziest party of the year.
