Canyelles Welcomes Autumn

Canyelles welcomes autumn with a day full of cultural and gastronomic activities!

Literature will play a particularly prominent role, with various initiatives dedicated to historical fiction, fantasy, and science fiction, as well as book fairs, panel discussions, award ceremonies, and family activities. The Castell de Canyelles and its surroundings will once again be key locations for activity, with events combining heritage, imagination, and discovery.

Gastronomy will also be part of the celebration with a new edition of Dixieland Tast, which will combine tastings and live music. The program will be rounded out by Veremart, an experience that connects artistic creation with the world of wine.

Throughout the month, there will also be plenty of theater, chess, markets, exhibitions, and popular culture. The giants will take center stage with the commemoration of their thirtieth anniversary, while fire will return to the streets with a new edition of the Correfoc del Meteorit.

The end of October will arrive with an atmosphere more typical of All Saints' Day, the Castañada festival and Halloween, with children's activities, a tunnel of terror, tours through the streets and gastronomic offerings.

Welcome Autumn is an invitation to discover Canyelles throughout October through a varied program that combines culture, heritage, gastronomy and traditions in different corners of the municipality.
