'Trenca 3 Pics' in Navàs
Participate in the Trenca 3 Pics, the Trenca 1 Pic or the Trenca 5K in Navàs!
The Trenca 3 Pics is the race every mountain running enthusiast has been waiting for. It has a demanding route that runs through a multitude of trails, with a distance of 22 km and a positive elevation gain of 800 m.
The Trenca 1 Pic is a shorter but no less demanding race or hike. With a very vertical, technical, and spectacular climb, the goal is to reach the summit of Sant Genís peak.
The Trenca 5k is a 5.3 km race with a positive gradient of 120 km, with a maximum race time of 3 hours.
Places are limited to 400 runners, including both races, in order of registration. Race numbers can be collected at Ramon Vall Promenade on the day of the race, starting at 7:30 a.m., and the day before, between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., at the same promenade. All runners must be present at the collection point.
For each race, there will be trophies for the top three finishers in the men's and women's overall standings.
