The Baix Llobregat Gastronomy and Tourism Association (AGT) and the El Prat de Llobregat City Council organize, once again, the FiraTapa as the culmination of the Artichoke Festival.
Sample of tapas, made with Prat de Llobregat Artichoke, created by different restaurateurs in the city. Apart from trying the surprising and delicious gastronomic proposals of the Prat establishments, you can also dance and sing with various live musical and children's performances.
The Prat Artichoke, with almost 100 years of history, is the queen of the crops of the central Delta and achieves a high quality flavor and palate. The type of terrain of the Llobregat Delta, deep and fertile; The well-tempered climate due to the protection of the mountains and the marine action of the Mediterranean make the artichoke here sweeter and more tender.
