Vilanova del Vallès celebrates the Aplec de Santa Quitèria once again!
A meeting of centuries-old tradition and the blessing of the traditional roscón of Santa Quitèria, advocate against rabies, takes place in the hermitage of Santa Quitèria. It is celebrated on Easter Monday in Granada.
The hermitage of Santa Quitèria is one of the places with the most history in Vilanova del Vallès. Its documentary remains date back to the 10th century. Enjoy a charming setting and a delightful view over part of the Vallès Oriental, with views of Montseny, Montserrat, Sant Llorenç del Munt and the Puigmal peak in the Pyrenees.
