This event is over.
Launched in France in 1982 as a " Festival of Music " and instituted as a European celebration in 1985 ( European Year of Music ), every summer solstice, on June 21, the European Union celebrates a day designed to promote cultural exchange between the towns, the musical transfer from one territory to another.
Its objective is to promote music in two ways: first, that amateur musicians voluntarily come out to play. The second is with the organization of free concerts, in which the public has the opportunity to witness their favorite artists regardless of style or origin.
