Today is the World Girl's Day, with the aim of raising awareness of the situation of girls around the world and claiming their rights.
This day was approved by the United Nations General Assembly in 2011. Events are organized around the world to make public opinion known about the double discrimination suffered by millions of girls around the world on the basis of gender and because of your age.
